Terry Fox Day at NNS Sept 21st - please join us!

Terry Fox Day at New Norway school will be Wednesday September 21st this year.

The students will meet outside on the West field at 9AM for a brief presentation and warm up pep rally. The run itself will be a 2 KM or 5 KM run around the town of New Norway. We are looking for parent volunteers to help out on the day of the run. If you would like to come as a guest and walk/run with the students/teachers, please join us. This will give you an opportunity to meet your child's teacher and get to know our staff. Cupcakes will be sold after the race, with all proceeds going toward Cancer Research. Runners will also be receiving a pink ribbon to pin onto their shirts in honor of Payton, former Grade 5 student who passes away from cancer over the summer.
